Is Pink here to stay ?

Being a feminist is a double edge sword and it ranges from being a conservative to a liberal one. I find myself somewhere in the middle of the two extremes. The recent instances of women being molested will continue to recur until there is a contrast in our beliefs and our thoughts. We Indian families have a policy of silence on the major issues be it sex education or any sensitive issue for that matter. Since It is very easy to form an impression about the opposite sex (females) in era of Internet with plenty sleazy and demeaning songs about women. Unless and until the women themselves take the baton in their hands and shape the young minds and hearts in their houses with fearless conversations and strong point of view, there will be humiliation. Women are rebels and they have proved that consistently by being a tenacious homemaker to an ambitious career women and juggling the roles every single day. Look at your mother, sisters, daughters and spouse and you will resonate with me. Yes women are gorgeous and sensuous, the least we can do is to admire and appreciate them, then make them victim of ogling, dishonoring and disparaging. Yes life is uncertain and there will be an outcome irrespective of whether you (women) were an instigator or not. It is a vicious cycle of who is to be blamed for every single heinous act committed. I strongly believe that we ( man/ women) should  take responsibility for factors which are in our circle of influence, be it the place , the people  and the time. Certainly condemnation is no consolation. Finally we Indian society are stuck between a  Dangal ( movie ) liberation and a  Pink ( movie ) decimation of a person. Can we be the change , the change we wish to see. Please do ponder.

I did love to be glued to tele during cricket season . Certainly not to see the ball flying to all parts of the ground. But to see new adds , aired for 1st time. Did see this add and kept guessing, it may be reliance ,na, its essar. I did see the complete on the second time only. Quite a amazing add. check it out for your self.

Love of adds /SBI life insurance add.

We assume that insurance is sold by fear factor alone. That may be right to a large extend . Recently came across the add by SBI life insurance which , did the other way around, no fear factor but life/fun/enthusiasms/optimism was there theme. A wonderful add and a memorable add infact. To be remembered for a long time. Jab Hum Hoge 60 Saal Ke Aur Tum Hogi 55 Ki, is the sound track used and the husband adds his version to the song.

Love sex aur dhoka

Rajeev masand gave 4 stars to this movie and rediff gave 4/5 stars to this movie. The first reaction I gave after watching this movie was, it is over rated. I made comparison with Dus Khaniya. Then I realized its about the cameras, CCTVs, and all of kind of cameras possible and how is effecting us or can effect us. We been reading in newspapers how minutes cameras are making life miserable and then the Dev D MMS , again a kind of camera. I will go with 3 stars for LSD. *** The movie is quite different. The treatment of film is quite simple . The stories are knitted well and it is a movie worth watching once. If you want to watch something different then the usual, then LSD is the choice.The title of the movie justifies to an extend alone. Audience must have expected, including myself lot of bold scenes , which never happens. Lastly the title track is worth listening.

Striker. I love this movie . A simple movie . Story revolves around carom and life . Sidhart has done a good role. It is a great movie with great music . I did love every bit of it. Your turn now.

Road to Sangam , watch it for Gandhi.

Road to sangam is another intersting movie I have seen this time around . Yeap Bolloywood is making good movies , sensible movies . Hurrya a reason to be movie watcher. 

The movie ofcourse gets bit prolonged towards the second half but quite a movie. Paresh Rawal is fantastic and so is his doctor friend . Om puri though has negative kind of role has done well. All and all . Good story , boss here is another one

Karthik Calling Karthik. Worth watching .

Farahan Akhtar staring in Karthik calling Karthik along with Deepika is one hell of a movie. The critics have rated it just an average movie. I don't agree with them. This movie is quite a thriller it makes you to hold on the seats. Friends it is not a masala movie. It is about a good story. If you love movies for good stories then this one is for you. I enjoyed it . And I am going gagaga about it.I have never love actors in my life so far. I think my fav actor is definitely Farahan Aktar. The pair does look cool on the screen . I am looking forward to see more of this pair on the screen.
